Diners always seem to have two distinct personalities. Bethlehem's is no different. By day the retro-style eatery serves pancakes patty melts and pie to senior citizens and families. By night the booths are filled with the tipsy after-bar crowd-"Is that that creepy guy from Level 3? Ew."-jonesin' for eggs and hash browns. Whichever group you find yourself in there's something to be said for the bottomless cups of coffee and cheap eats.
