In February 2007 Tom Foulkers bought an old hotel in New Tripoli known for its live entertainment and looked to make it better. What was Madison Ridge Tavern became the remodeled Foulkers at Blue Ridge. Great acts like Leechboy and Christy Jefferson still play there but people also talk about the fresh roasted prime rib special on Friday nights. Foulkers is everything Madison Ridge was and more.
